ComTech provides faculty and staff with a university phone line and number that can be used with a Cisco phone and/or Cisco Jabber to make voice calls to others both on and off campus. The service includes many customizable programming features to create complex call flows and can be configured based on individual and departmental business needs.

- Phone Service
- Sign in to your myphone Self Care Portal on your computer, where you can control features, settings, and services for your Cisco Unified IP Phones. For example, you can configure speed dial numbers, contact lists, and call forwarding settings.
- Voicemail - Available as a part of every active campus phone number for a one-time charge.
- Mobility Solutions - ComTech's Mobility Solutions are designed to support NC State employees in performing business tasks more efficiently and productively. With more and more employees working from home or various office locations, our mobility solutions make it easier to stay connected, but office-based employees can also benefit. Please see Overview of Single Number Reach and Extension Mobility article.
- Single Number Reach - This service allows users to receive calls on another phone or mobile device while away from the office. It is free for every active campus phone number.
- Extension Mobility - This service allows users who do not routinely work in the same office space daily to temporarily access their campus phone configuration from other campus phones.
