Funds in All Campus, WolfPrint balance is $0 (Patron Inactive/ Card Expired)
This document explains why a user may have trouble adding funds to their All Campus account, or if they have funds in their All Campus account but are unable to print because WolfPrint shows a $0 balance. The intended audience is an end user.
If you're unable to print with WolfPrint because the balance shows zero funds available or if you're unable to add funds to your All Campus account due to a "Patron Inactive - EXPIRATIONDATE" error message, your Wolfpack One Card may have expired. If your card has been reported as LOST or STOLEN, the funds will also show in WolfPrint as unavailable for your protection.
ID cards are set with a four-year expiration date. Once it has expired, your account is flagged, and the funds in it are not available for use. Since WolfPrint is connected to your All Campus account, any funds in your account will be unavailable for printing until the issue is resolved. A WolfPrint team member can confirm if your ID has expired; they can't resolve the issue.
Please contact the Wolfpack One Card Office directly for assistance resolving an INACTIVE account, EXPIRED ID, or a previously reported LOST or STOLEN card. They are located in TALLEY STUDENT UNION on the Main Level. Normal operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (919-515-3090).
