Using IT Reporting Tool to Find Over Quota Shared Drives


Users can use the IT Reporting Tool to identify any Google Workspace shared drives the access over the default quota of 15 GB.

  1. Visit https://google-reports.oit.ncsu.edu/me (you must be on NC State's network or VPN)
  2.  Make sure to click Google at the top.
  3.  Click Drive
  4. Scroll through the shared drives.  If you see any in the OU column (or you can sort) that has /Drives/[exception level], that will indicate a shared drive with an exception and the exception level (50GB, 1 TB, etc.)
