ProcessUnity Reviewer Overview

Beginning fall 2025, all new IT Purchase Compliance (ITPC) requests and renewals will be submitted and tracked through ProcessUnity. ProcessUnity will provide users with more visibility on the status of requests and expedite the annual renewal process.

Before reviewing a request, please reference the ITPC process.

Review Requests 

Note: Check Tool Tips throughout the request process for additional assistance.

  1. Log in to the ITPC tool with your Unity ID and password
  2. Confirm you are on the Workspace page. If not, select it from the left-hand menu.
  3. In the Analyst menu, select [Your Group] Reviews (ex: Security Reviews) to display a list of requests relevant to your team.
    • Requests in this report will be in the following Assessment statuses:
      • Analyst Review: Requires action from your reviewer group.
      • With Vendor/With Vendor - Follow-up: Currently under review or follow-up by the vendor but will need action from your reviewer group soon.
    • Expand or collapse Filters for additional filtering options.
    • Sort by any of the report’s column headers.


  4. Click the Request ID to open and review the ITPC intake form. The request includes the following tabs:
    • Details: Assessment progress and requester-submitted information
    • Attachments: Files attached by the requester or vendor
    • Related Items: Shortcuts to assessments and vendor information
    • Change Log: Request audit details

 

Review Assessments

From [Your Group] Reviews (or the Related Items tab within the request), click the request’s corresponding Assessment name. The assessment includes the following tabs:
