All students will lose access to their Microsoft Office accounts after graduation. If you wish to keep a copy of your OneNote notebooks, follow the instructions below for your specific device. 

Windows

1. Download the OneNote 2016 application to your desktop. If you already have it install you can skip to step 2
   1. Go to office365.ncsu.edu
   2. Sign in with your Unity ID and password
   3. Select Install apps in the upper, right-hand corner of the page
   4. In the drop down menu, select Office 365 apps
   5. Follow the steps onscreen to install
2. Open OneNote 2016 and sign in with your NCSU email
3. Find the notebooks you would like to export and open them
4. Go to File > Export > Notebook > OneNote Package
5. Save the notebook to your local desktop

MacOS

Unfortunately, the OneNote application on MacOS does not support the ability to export notebooks. However, there are still a few options for Mac users.

1. Download and access OneNote on a Windows PC. The steps are listed in the previous section
2. Saving as a PDF through File > Save as > File Format: PDF
3. Copying and pasting the sections into a personal OneNote notebook
