In REPORTER, you can update your contact information which includes your name and email address.

Update Your Name

1. Visit reporter.ncsu.edu.
2. Sign in via Brickyard Login.
3. In the top-right corner, click your name.
4. Click My Profile.
5. In the "Contact Information" tab, click Manage My Account.
6. Click Proceed.
7. Click Change Name.
8. Complete the "Change your name" form.
9. Click Save.

Email Address Change

This step is recommended for Brickyard accounts that only access REPORTER.  If your Brickyard account was granted parent/guardian access by a student for access to the MyPack Portal, then contact your student to have them add a new parent/guardian access account using your new email address.  The student should then revoke access to the old email address.

1. Visit reporter.ncsu.edu.
2. Sign in via Brickyard Login.
3. In the top-right corner, click your name.
4. Click My Profile.
5. In the "Contact Information" tab, click Manage My Account.
6. Click Proceed to be taken to the Brickyard system to update your primary email address.
   • Changing your primary email address will change your login ID. If you change your email address, you will need to log out and log back in using the updated email address as your new login ID.
7. Click Email, folllowed by Change Email.
8. Type your new email address in the New Email field and click Send Confirmation to New Email.
9. Retrieve the confirmation code in the email sent to your new email address and type that into the Confirmation Code field.
10. Click Confirm Email Changes.
