Configure Single Number Reach with Mobile Connect


This guide explains how to configure or update a remote destination for Single Number Reach (SNR) using the Cisco Jabber app.

Log In

  1. Log in to the myphone Self Care Portal.
  2. Under My Phones.
  3. Choose the mobile device where Cisco Jabber is installed.
  4. Click Add Single Number Reach.

Add a Mobile Number

In the Add Single Number Reach for Dual-Mode Phone window:

  1. Phone Number or URI
    Enter the mobile number where you want campus calls forwarded.
    • Prefix local numbers with 7
    • Prefix long-distance numbers with 71
      Example: 
      • 79195551212
      • 717035551212
  2. Description
    Enter a label (for example: Personal Mobile).
  3. Select Enable Single Number Reach.
  4. Choose one of the following options: 
    • Click Save if you want your mobile phone to ring whenever your campus number receives a call. 
    • Click Create a schedule for this assignment if you want SNR active only at specific times.

Create a Schedule (Optional)

If creating a schedule: 

  1. Enter a name for your schedule. 
  2. Select Ring only during specific times.
  3. Choose the days and times SNR should be active. 
  4. Click Save, then click Save again to confirm.

To modify your mobile number later, repeat the process beginning at Step 1.
