This guide explains how to configure or update a remote destination for Single Number Reach (SNR) using the Cisco Jabber app.
Log In
- Log in to the myphone Self Care Portal.
- Under My Phones.
- Choose the mobile device where Cisco Jabber is installed.
- Click Add Single Number Reach.

Add a Mobile Number
In the Add Single Number Reach for Dual-Mode Phone window:
- Phone Number or URI
Enter the mobile number where you want campus calls forwarded.
- Prefix local numbers with 7
- Prefix long-distance numbers with 71
Example:
- Description
Enter a label (for example: Personal Mobile).
- Select Enable Single Number Reach.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Click Save if you want your mobile phone to ring whenever your campus number receives a call.
- Click Create a schedule for this assignment if you want SNR active only at specific times.

Create a Schedule (Optional)
If creating a schedule:
- Enter a name for your schedule.
- Select Ring only during specific times.
- Choose the days and times SNR should be active.
- Click Save, then click Save again to confirm.
To modify your mobile number later, repeat the process beginning at Step 1.
