Current Semester

If your instructor grants an extension for an exam, your instructor will submit the extension form through DELTA Testing Services.

Once your instructor completes the form, you will receive an email that you may schedule your appointment during the extension window. 

 

Past Semester

To complete a make-up exam from a previous semester, your instructor must contact DELTA Testing Services. Students will not be able to schedule their make-up exam from a previous semester and DELTA Testing Services will notify you via email to get this set up. No previous semester make-up exams will be administered during the final exam period.
