You can configure an additional phone and enable Single Number Reach so that when someone calls your campus phone, your additional phone rings simultaneously.
Note: Single Number Reach must already be enabled on your account before you can configure an additional phone.
Configure an Additional Phone
- Log in to the myphone Self Care Portal.
- Click the Phones tab.
- In the left navigation pane, click My Phones.
- In the Additional Phones section, select the phone number you want to use.
- Click Edit.
In the Edit Additional Phone window:
- Check the Enable Single Number Reach box.

Create a Schedule (Optional)
If you want your additional phone to ring only at specific times:
- Click the Add icon next to the schedule option.

- In the Add a New Schedule window:
- Enter a name for the schedule.
- Choose whether to:
- Ring only during specific times, or
- Ring all the time.
- Continue the days and time ranges as needed.

- Click Save.
Your additional phone will now follow the configured schedule.
