An official transcript is a record, in English, of your academic performance that is provided by the college or university you attended. This document should list, at minimum, each course you took and include a grading system that evaluates your performance in each course. This document should have an official seal, stamp, or signature to indicate its validity. NC State requires official transcripts of all prior degrees for your permanent student record.
