Yes, students residing in any state can complete courses and programs, per NC State University's participation in a reciprocal agreement under the
National Council of State Reciprocity Authorization Agreements (NC-SARA)
Students residing overseas may also complete Online and Distance Education courses and programs that are offered in the online format.
