Non-Degree Studies (NDS) students are subject to the NDS rule. This rule requires the following:

• NDS students are limited to a total of 30 hours of credit in NDS status. NDS students that wish to take more than 30 credits hours must submit a credit hour limit waiver. Please contact the NDS Program Coordinators at nondegreestudies@ncsu.edu with a request to submit an appeal to continue NDS enrollment. 
• NDS students must maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA at all times. Failure to do so will render a student ineligible to continue as an NDS student.
