Customer Center: System Alerts, News, and Notifications


This article describes the features and functionality of Alerts, News items, and Notifications.

One unique feature of Customer Center is the Alerts. Displayed in color bars across the top of the page, users can click an Alert once to read it in full

An Alert can be green, yellow, or red. This represents the Priority assigned by the System Administrator when they created the Alert. For example, Red indicates an Alert of Critical priority, yellow indicates Medium priority, and green indicates Low priority.

The News feature is another way to convey important information and updates via the Home page.

News items will display on the Home page on the left side of the screen. As they scroll through, a summary of the article appears.

Notification messages are emails sent to users by the system automatically. You should receive email notifications when your request has been submitted, received by Customer Service, and completed.
