Finesse: Call Center Admin Tool


This article explains how Call Center administrators access and use the Finesse (UCCX) Admin Tool. Access is group-based. After signing in with your Unity ID, password, and UCCX phone number, you will see only the group(s) assigned to you. 

Access the Finesse (UCCX) Admin Tool

  1. Log in to the Call Center UCCX Admin Tool using your Unity ID, password, and UCCX phone number.

  2. From the Select System drop-down menu, choose Production

  3. From the Select Team drop-down menu, select your assigned team.
