This article explains how Call Center administrators access and use the Finesse (UCCX) Admin Tool. Access is group-based. After signing in with your Unity ID, password, and UCCX phone number, you will see only the group(s) assigned to you.
Access the Finesse (UCCX) Admin Tool
- Log in to the Call Center UCCX Admin Tool using your Unity ID, password, and UCCX phone number.
- From the Select System drop-down menu, choose Production.
- From the Select Team drop-down menu, select your assigned team.
Forwarding a Call
If an agent needs to forward a call:
- Select the Phone Book icon.
- Choose the appropriate contact or number.
