Can't Sign into Job Application at jobs.ncsu.edu


If you are having issues logging into your account at jobs.ncsu.edu, then you should reset your password and/or retrieve your username.

Note that you should NOT use an @ncsu.edu to sign up for jobs.ncsu.edu, and the jobs.ncsu.edu site does not use your Unity account to log in. 

Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password or if it isn't working, then you should reset it.

  1.  Visit the login page for jobs.ncsu.edu.
  2.  Select Forgot your username or password?
  3. Enter your Username in the Username field underneath Forgot Password.
  4. Select Set New Password.
  5. Enter the answer to your security question in the Answer field.
  6. Enter your new password in the New Password and New Password Confirmation fields.
  7. Select Set New Password.

You should receive a message saying, "Your password has been updated" after your password has been changed.

Retrieve Your Username

If you forgot your username or if your username isn't working, then you should retrieve your username.

  1.  Visit the login page for jobs.ncsu.edu.
  2.  Select Forgot your username or password?
  3. Enter the email address used for your jobs.ncsu.edu in the Email Address field underneath Retrieve Username.
    • If there is an account associated with your email, you will receive a message saying, "An email containing your username has been sent to 'yourEmailAddressHere'."
    • If there is not an account associated with your email, then you will get a message saying, "Couldn't find a user with email address 'yourEmailAddressHere'."
  4. Select Retrieve Username.

Your username will be emailed to you.
