Your proctor has been rejected because they do not meet our standards and guidelines. Please refer to our proctoring guidelines provided on our website to ensure the proctor submitted to our office is approved.

It is also possible that your proctor has met our guidelines, but has expressed they cannot provide the service adequately. This will also result in your request being rejected.
