There are three ways that you can provide your opinions, concerns, or compliments regarding online and distance education (ODE) services, your ODE course, or your ODE instructor:

1. The Online and Distance Education Student Survey is a survey administered by DELTA Planning & Assessment each semester. Towards the end of the semester, you will receive a survey link by email to which you can provide feedback on the ODE services that you have received. Remember, however, that the survey has a deadline. You will not be able to access the survey after the deadline. You must also have a Unity ID and password to access the survey.
2. One other way to provide your viewpoint is through ClassEval, which is a survey that will be provided to you by University Planning and Analysis through email at the end of the semester. ClassEval is specifically designed to provide you with a forum to give feedback on your instructor and your course. 3. One last way that you can provide your viewpoint about online and distance education is by contacting the ODE office directly.
