Access and Export a Call Recording - CalabrioOne


 This article explains how to access and export call recordings in CalabrioOne. Follow the steps below to locate a recording, play it in your browser, or export it for download. 

Accessing a Call Recording

  1. Using your Chrome or Firefox browser, navigate to go.ncsu.edu/listen and log in using your unityID@ncsu.edu email address and password. 

  2. To view the listing of call recordings, click Recordings in the navigation bar near the top left of the page.

  3. Select various options from the Date Range filter in the left pane.

  4. Double-click the call recording to play it in your browser. Playback controls are located at the top center of the webpage.

Exporting a Call Recording

  1. Using your Chrome or Firefox browser, navigate to go.ncsu.edu/listen and log in using your unityID@ncsu.edu email address and password.

  2. To view the listing of call recordings, click the Recordings in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

  3. To export a recording, select it by checking the box next to it, then click the Export Contact button in the top-right button bar.

  4. Keep the default WAV export format, then click Export.

  5. Click OK on the Export Contact window.

  6. When the recording is converted, an alert will appear in the top right button bar (bell icon).

  7. Click the Export of Contact XXX is ready for download link.
    (Refresh the webpage if you do not see the alert after a minute.)

  8. Follow the instructions on the Alert Notification window to download the call recording.

  9. Save to your desired location, and click Close on the Alert Notification screen.

  10. Double-click the saved file to play it in your native media player.
