How do I find the internal IP address for my Android device?


An Android device has a device-specific (internal) IP address. Having the device's IP address can be useful for troubleshooting network issues.

Finding the device-specific IP address

The device's IP address can generally be found in the "About" section in Settings. To find the address for Android version 13, you can follow the instructions below.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Select About phone.
  3. Scroll down to the Device identifiers section. Your device's IP address will be listed under IP address.
