Instructors can download submission files for a Moodle assignment, for grading or other hard copy needs.
The instructions in this article walk through the process for accessing and downloading the submitted files to a Moodle Assignment, as well as the various settings that may be applied when downloading said files.
There are three parts to obtaining the files that students submitted to a Moodle assignment:
To access the relevant Assignment submissions:
This will open the Submissions page for the Assignment. In this page, settings for downloading files can be changed to the instructor's preference.
To adjust the settings for the file downloads:
Everything now is set so student submissions to the Assignment will be downloaded in one ZIP file.
At this point, select the submissions to download using the Select column on the leftmost side of the submissions table. Check the box next to any student to select them individually, or click the box at the top of the column to select all the students.
To download the submissions after adjusting the relevant settings:
The files will download to the computer's default download folder.
