The best strategy for getting a seat is to put yourself on the course waitlist. Some courses may reserve some or all seats for certain populations, such as NDS students. Reserved seats can become available if the department decides to release them or if currently enrolled students drop the course. Available seats will be filled from the waitlist automatically.
