Finesse: Call Center Admin Tool


Users are given access to their group. Once they log in with their Unity ID, password, and UCCX phone number, they will see their group on the Finesse page. 

  1. Log in to the Call Center UCCX Admin Tool.
  2. Select Production from the Select System drop-down list.
  3. Select the Team from the Select Team drop-down list.

If an agent needs to forward the call to someone, they would select the Phone Book icon and forward the call.
