Check Voicemail on Additional Lines via Cisco Jabber


Cisco Jabber Multi-Line only displays Visual Voicemail and Voicemail Indicators for Line 1 of your campus personal line.

To check voicemail on another line, follow the steps below. 

Check Voicemail on Another Line

  1.  In the Cisco Jabber Multi-Line main window, click the Line section drop-down.
    1. Select the Extension you want to check for voicemail.

  2. Click the Voicemail icon - Voicemail icon
  3. Click the Call Voicemail icon - Call voicemail icon
  4. Enter the Voicemail PIN of the extension you selected in Step 1 to listen to your messages.
