Sharing Zoom Cloud Recordings to Users Outside NCSU


As a licensed Zoom user, you can share your Zoom cloud recordings with users outside of our organization.

Accessing recording management

  1. Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings & Transcripts.
  3. Select the Cloud Recordings tab.

Settings for sharing

  1. Select the recording you want to share.
  2. Near the top-right corner of the webpage, click Share.
  3. Adjust your sharing settings as desired.
  4. Click Copy, then navigate to your email or where you need to share the cloud recording, to paste the sharing information.
