Recommendation:

Restart your computer prior to running the Self Service policy

 

Navigate to policy:

Self Service -> Featured Category -> XCreds (Install)

 

Launch automatically:

Click this link to launch Self Service, and immediately execute the XCreds installation policy.

 

This policy does the following:

• Installs XCreds

• Removes existing instance(s) of NoMAD, NoMAD Login and Apple's Single Sign-on extension

• Updates inventory

• Forces a restart of the computer

 

Confirmation:

After the computer restarts, log back in, and look for the XCreds icon in the menubar.  There should be a green dot indicating the application is active, and monitoring for password updates.

 

Notes:

*Make sure all files are saved, and applications are closed before running this policy.

*There is a two-minute delay to allow inventory to update, so please be patient.

*This policy is only available to eligible computers,
