You can enroll a new device, including devices with a new phone number, tablets, and security keys, by following the instructions below.
Note: If you are trying to reconnect the Duo Mobile app to a new device with the same phone number, then you should follow the instructions to reactivate the Duo Mobile app.
Access the Duo Device Management Page
- Visit the Duo Device Management page. We recommend that you visit this page on a computer if possible so you can use your phone or tablet to scan a QR code.
- Sign in with your Unity ID and password.
- Sign in with Duo.
- Select the Add a device tile.
- Select the type of device that you are trying to enroll.
- If you are enrolling your phone or tablet in the Duo Mobile app, select Duo Mobile.
- If you are enrolling a security key, select Security key.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish enrolling your device.
