Electronic W-2s are generally made available in the MyPack Portal in mid to late January for the previous tax year. To access and download a copy of your W-2, follow these steps. If you are unable to log in to your account, please try a self-service password reset, or if you are stuck at the Duo prompt, you can contact us at 919-515-4357 for a bypass code. If you still need help with accessing your account, please call the Help Desk Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm for direct support with your account.
