If you are having issues with re-enrolling your Windows device in eduroam or if you are having issues with your current eduroam installation, then you should remove the existing eduroam profile before re-enrolling your device in eduroam.

Remove the eduroam Profile

You can remove the eduroam profile on your Windows computer by following the instructions below.

1. Open the Settings app on your computer.
2. Select Network & internet. Select Wi-Fi.
3. Select Manage known networks.
4. Select Forget next to eduroam.
   • If you are on a university-managed device and cannot forget the eduroam network, then you will need to contact your local IT.
5. Re-enroll your device in eduroam.
