Removing eduroam From Windows


If you're attempting to re-enroll your Windows machine in eduroam but are not able to, or if your current eduroam installation is not behaving properly, it might be necessary to remove the existing profile before enrolling your device again.

Removing the eduroam Profile

  1. Open Windows Settings.  This can be done by:
    • In the Start Menu: click the gear icon above the power symbol
    • On your keyboard: press the Windows key and the letter 'i'
  2. Select Network & Internet.
  3. From the left-hand navigation bar, select Wi-Fi
  4. Underneath your current network status, select Manage known networks.
  5. Select eduroam
  6. Choose Forget
  7. Attempt to re-enroll your device with eduroam.
