Resend Parent Account Confirmation Email


If your parent has not received the confirmation email for their parent account, or the link in the email has expired, you can send another one through the MyPack Portal. Make sure that you have created their account

Instructions

  1. Go to MyPack Portal and log in with your Unity account.
  2. Go to Personal Information > Parent & Guardian Access.
  3. Select Send Confirmation. Make sure that you are looking at the correct parent account.


Actions for Parents

Your parent should receive an email from brickyard@ncsu.edu to the email address associated with the account. They will need to select Complete Account Setup in that email. After they have set up the account, they will be able to log into MyPack Portal using the Brickyard login.
