If your iOS device is requesting that you to sign in to eduroam or eduroam is not working properly after installing the profile, follow these instructions to remove eduroam from your device.
Remove the eduroam Profile
- Open Settings
- Select General
- Select VPN & Device Management
- Older versions of iOS might list this as Profile or Profile & Device Management instead
- Under Configuration Profile, tap on the certificate titled North Carolina State University eduroam
- Select Remove Profile
- Older versions of iOS will list this as Delete Profile
- Enter your phone's passcode if prompted
- Select Delete
Reinstall eduroam (Optional)
To reinstall the eduroam profile on your iOS device, follow these instructions.
