If you can't remember the password to your parent/guardian account, your password has expired, or you are otherwise unable to log into MyPack Portal, you should reset your password.

Reset Your Brickyard Account Password

1. Go to go.ncsu.edu/parent_password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Brickyard Account.
3. Select Send Confirmation Code.
4. Check your email for a confirmation email sent from brickyard@ncsu.edu with the subject line: NC State Brickyard Password Reset. If it is not in your inbox within the next hour, be sure to check all of your folders, including spam and trash. 
5. Enter the confirmation code from the email into the Confirmation Code field on the Brickyard Account Change Password site, or select the click here link in the email.
6. Enter your new password into the Password and Confirm Password fields. Make sure that your password meets the requirements. 
7. Select Change Password. You will not be able to select it if the password requirements are not met.

You should receive a message that says "Password changed successfully" and a confirmation email from brickyard@ncsu.edu with the subject line: NC State Brickyard Account - Password Change Confirmation. You can now go to MyPack Portal and log in using the Brickyard login.
