Create a Google Shared Drive


Google Shared Drives are available for users in our NC State domain and can only be created by full-time employees. A Shared Drive can be used for projects, committees, departments, or other purposes.

Before you create a Shared Drive

Please consider the following:

Create the Shared Drive

  1. Sign in at drive.google.com.
  2. Select Shared drives and then select New.

  3. Give the Shared Drive a name and click Create.
