If you need to add a new device to Duo and do not have access to any Duo login method, then you can use a Duo bypass code to update your device information in Duo. It is recommended to update your devices from a computer and not a mobile device. You will also want to have your current mobile device with you or a security key to enroll.
Access the Duo Enrollment & Device Management Page
- Call the Help Desk at 919-515-4357 or stop by our Walk-in Center to obtain a Duo Bypass code.
- Business hours are 8 AM - 5 PM.
- After Hours you can reach Operations staff at the same number. They can provide a bypass code outside our business hours nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Visit the Duo Enrollment and Device Management page.
- Enter your Unity ID and password. Select LOG IN.
- Select Enter a Passcode.
- Enter the 9-digit Duo bypass code you obtained in Step 1.
- Select Log In.
