What is the Data Security Training?

The online Data Security Training (DST) is a module-based course that focuses on cybersecurity awareness topics critical to the university, including phishing, data classification and mobile device security. The module is one of many IT resources that can help us reduce human error — the leading cause of compromised systems. This article will review the obligation of NC State users to complete the training, along with frequently asked questions and concerns.
