The Data Security Training Roster is generated from the University's HR System. Please see the article for Am I Required to Take the Data Security Training? to check if your position requires you to take the training. If you received an enrollment notification for the DST but are no longer an active employee, then you are likely still listed as an active employee in the HR System. If you believe this to be incorrect, please contact your former supervisor or local HR and have them update your status in the HR System to reflect you are no longer an employee. You should then be removed from the DST Roster 1-2 weeks after any update.
