NOTE: ComTech never charges to remove or deactivate a service; however, there may be pass-through charges from any agreements you signed with a third-party provider. Equipment costs are not included in this table.

Automated Call Distribution

ACD is the concept of efficiently handling call handling and call volume for a Call Center using UCCX. Additionally, small departments can route incoming calls without investing in software using Call Handlers and/or Hunt Pilots.

Construction Services

This includes Adding and Moving faceplates, as well as Wireless Access Points. All requests for Construction Services will begin with a consultation meeting with the customer. Then, an estimate of charges will be created and must be approved before any work begins.

Data Activation

This includes activation of wall ports for either Computer use or VoIP phone lines. Computers only require a non-powered connection (non-PoE), while VoIP lines require a powered connection (PoE). 

Data Line for Computers

Non-powered port. Does not include the charges for Network Connection.

Remote Site Connection

Time Warner Cable Internet service or AT&T DSL service is sufficient for most customers. However, a Metro E-circuit may be the answer for customers who need a higher bandwidth or bi-directional connection.

Third-Party SIP Device Integration Support

ComTech manages and supports an enterprise-level communications platform that provides real-time communications to the university. While we allow third-party devices to be connected to our systems, we require the devices to be specified and provided by ComTech to maintain our level of service. Custom solutions are allowed but will need to be evaluated before connection.

VoIP Services

The University's standard phone service is Cisco VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). VoIP technology enables telephone connections over the Internet, offering numerous advanced features and functionalities. All VoIP phone lines come equipped with Voicemail and long-distance calling functionality. If you do not wish to have Voicemail or Long Distance, please indicate on the Order Details page when completing your order in PCR Customer Center.

There is a minimum $50 labor charge to add or move a phone to a new location when a Service Tech is dispatched.
