If you are a University employee and want to order equipment listed in the Phones or Accessories catalog or a Webex account, contact one of your Departmental Coordinators to place the order. Log into the ComTech Telecom and IT Billing Customer Center (PCR360 application) with your Unity ID and password. You can enter a service request (work order), request voicemail, review existing orders, run billing reports and bills, and request project and/or OUC changes.

ComTech Customer Center Access & Dept Management - This form should be used to request access to the ComTech Telecom and IT Billing Customer Center (PCR360 application). It also allows for managing current system users and departmental changes, such as Project IDs and OUCs.
