WolfPrint Shared Account

WolfPrint Shared Account

This document explains the features of a WolfPrint Shared Account in PaperCut.  The intended audience is a department administrator.

Information

Administrative and Academic departments can provide funds to cover the cost of printing to WolfPrint printers for students, faculty, or staff by setting up a Shared Account in PaperCut.  Interdepartmental transfers (IDT) are the only option to fund Shared Accounts.  To request a new Shared Account or make changes to existing one, submit a Departmental Funding for WolfPrint Request.

Charging Options

After the form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation in your NCSU email acocunt.  WolfPrint will setup the account in PaperCut and WolfCopy will setup the accounting information needed for billing.  You will receive an update when the account is ready for use.

For instructions on how to use a Shared Account, see KB0014423

Escalation

Any questions on process or content contained in this document should be escalated through the NCSU Help Desk and have an incident assigned to the OIT_WOLFPRINT support team.
