WolfPrint Refund Request
This documentation provides instructions to request a refund for a WolfPrint print job. The intended audience is an end user.
When a print job is refunded, the funds are automatically applied to your PaperCut account as print credit. Print credit can be used for printing only. Print credit does not expire and is automatically applied to future print jobs before other funds are deducted from the All Campus account.
When your All Campus money is used for printing, it is a one-way transaction. WolfPrint does not have a way to return money to your All Campus account. If you have a balance greater than $5 upon graduation, you may request a Full Refund of WolfPrint Print Credit.
1. To request a print job refund, visit go.ncsu.edu/print-refund. If you receive a connection error, make sure your device is connected to the NCSU or Eduroam WiFi networks.
2. Enter your Unity ID and password to log in.
3. On the Recent Print Jobs page, find the print job you'd like refunded, and click the [request refund] link.
4. Enter the requested refund amount and any comments about the print job.
5. Click OK to submit your request.
NOTE: Most print jobs that fail to print will be automatically refunded to your PaperCut account within a few minutes. If your job is not auto-refunded, submit the request, and you will be notified of the status via your NCSU email account.
