• Campus unit
• Unit’s share name (needed when setting up a remote connection to the share)

• Surplus Agreements allow the OITMDS team to provide additional surplus responsibilities beyond the SLA, including processing and delivery of computing devices directly to Materials Management. Without an agreement, we will wipe the device and return it to the department to complete NC State required processes for disposal. Department signed agreements can be found here. 

 

• We ask that all new LANTechs or supervisors of LANTechs take the 15 minute training on the base responsibilities & expectations of the LANTech role. This can be found in Reporter under the course name NC State LANTech Training.
