Important Update

Effective October 13th, Mobility Print is WolfPrint's exclusive and unified mobile printing solution, and Web Print has been retired. This change, made in direct response to feedback and a request from the Student Government, is designed to upgrade your printing experience from personal devices. 

Web Print, with its limited functionality (restricted to single-sided PDFs only), was replaced with a powerful, comprehensive solution. Mobility Print offers full functionality across all major operating systems!

Why Mobility Print?

Mobility Print is a reliable platform that has been a part of our environment since 2018. It was chosen as the unified system because of its proven stability and widespread adoption: it is currently used by 13 of the 17 universities in the UNC school system, simplifying the printing experience across college campuses.

Get Set Up and Get Support
We want to make sure your transition to the improved system is quick and seamless. There are several support options to assist with the one-time setup:

• Online Documentation and Video Tutorials: Find step-by-step instructions and video guides for your specific device and operating system at go.ncsu.edu/mobility-print.
• Personalized Assistance: Submit a ticket through the online form at go.ncsu.edu/print-help, or contact the NC State Help Desk at (919) 515-HELP to schedule a dedicated time for setup assistance.
• In-Person Support: Visit the OIT Walk-In Center, located at the West Dunn Building, 2901 Thurman Dr, Raleigh, NC 27606, where our staff can assist you with your setup.
