NC State users needing to send large numbers of emails can use Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM) to send mail to up to 1,500 recipients.  NC State purchased a domain wide license for the YAMM Marketplace addon, so users can install this addon in Google Sheets and use it to send, schedule, and track messages.

Using this tool is one of the preferred methods to sending email to large recipient lists at NC State.  It allows high-volume, personalized sending using individual recipient fields.  It also provides the sender with tracking capabilities including metrics on who saw, who opened, and who interacted with the email.
