Audio Conferencing
Description
ComTech provides several audio conferencing solutions for anyone with a campus phone number. Using Conference Now, Cisco Meet-Me, AT&T Meet-Me, or Webex Personal Conferencing, conduct a conference call from 15 - 125 participants.
Cisco Webex Personal Conferencing lets a meeting host quickly start the audio portion of a Cisco Webex meeting at any time.
How to Request
Contact your Department Coordinator to order a Webex account through Customer Center.
To find out who your department's Department Coordinators are, use the ComTech Coordinator Search Tool. Enter your OUC and click Search.
Cisco Meet-Me Audio Conferencing and Conference Now Secure Audio Conferencing do not require any setup and are free to use with a campus phone number.

Cisco Webex Personal Conferencing
- Audio connection mode allows for a quick start of the audio portion of a Cisco Webex meeting

Cisco Meet-Me Audio Conferencing
- Any VoIP phone user can initiate an audio conference
- Supports up to 15 participants
Cisco Conference Now Secure Audio Conferencing
- Every campus phone line has its own conferencing bridge
- Each bridge allows up to 15 attendees
- No need to schedule in advance
- Use any phone to connect to the Conference Now service and join or host a meeting.
This service is available to faculty and staff and other campus partners.
With the exception of Webex personal conferencing, these services are provided at no cost to faculty and staff.
