Description
ComTech's Cisco Jabber Unified Communications solution delivers instant messaging, voice and video calls, voice messaging, desktop sharing, conferencing, and presence to PC/Mac and mobile devices!

How to Access
First, visit the Self-Service page to enable the service.
Next, open the ComTech Cisco Jabber link to locate the Installation and Setup Guide for your device(s) - Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone, and iPad.

Note: To use Jabber from your computer without a desk phone, contact your Department Coordinator to order a Cisco Jabber account through Customer Center. To find out who your Department Coordinators are, use the ComTech Coordinator Search Tool. Enter your OUC and click Search. Please review the ComTech Customer Center documentation to learn how to order Cisco Jabber.

This service is available to faculty, staff, and other campus partners.

Free to faculty staff to use the chat feature.

A campus telephone number is needed to use the telephone feature.
