The RED system is an enterprise-level software system used for managing research administration at NC State, which will eventually replace RADAR, PINS and NC State’s regulatory-compliance software management systems. RED is being implemented in phases.

Two modules of RED are currently live — the Animal Care Use module and the COI/NOI module.
