Central integration of Oncall queues, paging/sms/email notification, Systems / services monitoring, and historical statistics reporting.  This service offers agent based / agentless (SNMP) service checks to all server based O/S and  applications. SSL CERT monitoring and monitoring of standalone devices such as HVAC, Data center temperature trending.  A customer can use as much or as little of service and has full control of individual user notification, oncall queue setup.
