Cisco Voicemail
Description
ComTech provides Cisco Voicemail service, allowing a caller to leave a voice message in a faculty/staff mailbox. Voicemail can be managed by calling the voicemail system via the Cisco Jabber application or a web-based interface. Voicemail can be configured to be delivered to a faculty/staff member's email inbox as an audio file attachment.
How to Request
Contact your Department Coordinator to order a voicemail account through Customer Center.
To find out who your department's Department Coordinators are, use the ComTech Coordinator Search Tool. Enter your OUC and click Search. Please review the ComTech Customer Center documentation to learn how to order phone services and voicemail.
Assistance
To report a problem with your service or for assistance during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5), please call the Network Operations Center at 919-515-7099 x3 or email tele@ncsu.edu.
To report an outage after hours, please call 919-515-7099.
