Web-based video conferencing tool. NC State has the Enterprise version which allows video conferences for up to 250 participants. Users can call in via mobile device and do audio only if necessary.  Ability to record the the videoconference, including capturing any chats during the session.  Able to have a live broadcast for up to 100,000 viewers (viewers must have @ncsu address).
