The OIT Walk-In Center provides in-person support for students' personally-owned computers and assists with software, hardware, network connectivity, and Unity account issues.  The WIC also helps faculty, staff and affiliates with account problems and connectivity to NC State's wireless network.

Students can receive help with:

• Windows and MacOS issues
• Application installation
• Virus and malware removal
• Computer Hardware problems
• Connecting to campus wifi
• Duo 2-Factor authentication
• Unity account problems

Faculty and staff can receive help with:

• Connecting to campus wifi
• Unity account problems
• Duo 2-Factor authentication
• Personal computers purchased at Wolfpack Outfitters (NCSU Bookstore)

The Walk-in Center is open M-F 8AM-5PM and is closed on university holidays and if campus is in condition 2 due to adverse weather.

Pay-by-space parking is available in the nearby Bragaw lot.
