Unfortunately, the Mathematica renewal was not completed by the UNC System office. The Mathematica license is managed exclusively by the UNC System Office (NC State contributes to the total cost).  They have been having issues negotiating the renewal with Wolfram and we have been told by the System Office they are working with Wolfram Legal to resolve this as soon as possible.  We have also reached out directly to Wolfram to see if they can provide any assistance.

UPDATE - We have been given a 30 day extension effective immediately, so Mathematica should work now. We will continue working towards getting the renewal processed and will remove this outage notice once that has been complete. 

UPDATE - 8-14-23 - We are still working with the UNC System Office to get a new license. The extension only works for current users, so we are stressing the importance for a new license as school starts on 8-21-23.

UPDATE - 9-1-23 - Mathematica has been updated to reflect the correct renewal date of 8-31-24. 

The Foxit Console has been updated and current console users should be able to activate their license once again. New console users will be added in the next day or so and should receive an email with instructions how to log in.
